Bug Description
When using the HyperVCluster Driver, any resize operation leaves behind a failed cluster resource.
The error in the cluster is the following:
"Cluster cannot find the ressource for Virtual Machine Configuration."
This happens because when a resize operation is performed, the machine is deleted and the new machine that gets created is never added to the cluster.

Fixes "HyperV Cluster Driver: resize operation fails"
The resize operation fails while using the Cluster Driver because
