Bug Description

Libcompizconfig is a rather large and complex library which handles important matters such as plugin sorting, dependencies, conflicts, upgrades etc for compiz. In the coming cycles we will be doing work in this area, and it is important that we have a suitable test suite for the library to ensure that we don't break anything.
