With Sticky Keys on, Super key is ignored after pressing Super-Alt

Bug Description
The keyboard shortcuts and launcher should be invoked by pressing the Super key but, when Sticky Keys is turned on, after pressing Alt along with Super (easily done), the Super key is ignored.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn on Sticky Keys (System Settings > Universal Access > Typing)
2. Hold Super and tap Alt
3. Press Super again (and again and again)
Turning Sticky Keys off and on again restores functionality (good old turn-off-
