Z-placement of window forgotten when switching desktops

Bug Description
I don't know exactly how to reproduce this, since the behavior seems spurious. But sometimes when I have two terminals behind a browser window. Then I switch to another virtual desktop, and when I switch back to the one with the browser and terminals, the terminals are now suddenly in front of the browser. Sometimes one, sometimes both.

For the record, I've encountered this bug a fair number of times; however, we should test Precise to see whether the issue has been fixed since it's been in so much flux. I'll test within the next few days, and it would be lovely if OP can test, too.
