Turning off Unity makes windows maximisation work abnormal

Bug Description
After you turn off Unity plugin windows maximise like there was still top bar. Only after loosing focus and gaining it again they maximise properly.

Confirmed, to test run "unity --replace" , and then "metacity --replace".
