Bug Description
1) Linux Mint 11 RC 32-bit
2) Firstly, I clicked the "Show Desktop Button" to hide all open windows, which included Firefox and Software Manager. Secondly, I right-clicked the desktop and clicked "Change Desktop Background", and changed the desktop theme from "Mint-X-Metal" to "Shiki-Wise". Thirdly, I clicked on Software Manager, then closed it, and then reopened it through "mintMenu" (so as to refresh the icon set to change it from the Faenza icon theme to the one employed by the "Shiki-Wise" desktop theme). Lastly, I clicked on "File", "Edit", "View", and "Help" in Software Manager, "File", "Edit", etc. in Firefox, and the "mintMenu".
3) Each "File", "Edit", etc. option listed above failed to display any menus for further options, until the "Show Desktop Button" was clicked to once more hide all open windows, and each window then individually restored.
4) Each option should have displayed lists of further options.
5) This problem occurred every time any desktop theme was changed to a different one.

This is an upstream compiz problem in my opinion. It looks like it's a bug affecting the focus policy.
