Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

Steps to reproduce:
* Maximize a window by dragging it to the top of the screen.
* Drag window directly to one of the side edges, without unmaximizing it first. (Don't move the mouse below Unity's top panel).

This may take a few tries for some reason.

The window will be vertically maximized but with the title bar missing from the top of the screen. There is no obvious way to return it to normal.

Easier way (for me) to trigger it is using the grid plugin. Hit shortcut to maximize (I do not know the default, it used to be alt+F10) and then either grid upper right corner (alt+ctrl+9 on my computer) or grid right (alt+ctrl6 on my computer). Hitting either of those two latter shortcuts remedies the situation.
