Bug Description
When using the Static Application Switcher (Alt+Tab):
1) The color of the background is not configurable. There is an option under Appearance -> Background, but this seems to do nothing.
2) The color of the square around the thumbnail is not configurable. (There is no option in CCSM.)
These two options are needed because with the default background opacity, it is very difficult to see which thumbnail is selected when a dark window is behind the switcher. This problem is compounded due to bug #1191455 causing the background to get even darker.
Was this a regression introduced by bug #1329811?
Are there any known workarounds?
