Bug Description
Compiz 0.9.13.1

Reproduction steps:
1. Have a lot of windows from different apps spread across multiple monitors.
2. Focus a window that isn't on the primary monitor.
2. Use Ring Switcher to switch between windows.
As you switch windows, the ring flips back and forth between the primary monitor and the one you were originally focused on. The flipping action is animated.
