Bug Description
After update to Mint Mate 19.1 I recognize a heavy stuttering when moving windows around with wobbly window active.
CPU-usage goes up, min 25%.
Using Nvidia-driver 390.77.
Shouldn't this effect use gpu instead of cpu? However, it stutters, and I never recognized this before the update to Mint Mate 19.1!
