Bug Description
In applications using wxWidgets the tip of the day is a modal dialogue. And compiz' Focus Stealing prevention somehow manages to make this modal dialogue appear behind the main window. One application that allows to reproduce this is wxMaxima in pre-August 2018 versions.
If the modal dialogue is hidden and its icon is grouped in the task bar it is quite hard for users to find out why an application isn't responding after startup (as it waits for the modal dialogue to be closed fist).
