compiz misses grab event with qemu+sdl or virtualbox

Bug Description
Hello,
When running qemu with the SDL frontend, or with virtualbox, and entering keyboard grab mode, privatescreen's grabbed variable does not turn true. This is because compiz does not look for FocusOut events with mode NotifyGrab.
I happens that there was a bug in the xorg server which was making it not emit them, but this was fixed in xorg-server version 1.20 (c67f2eac5651 "dix: always send focus event on grab change")
I'll post a fix.
