No info on 3 column grid option

CCSM wiki ideas section (http://wiki.compiz.org/Plugins/Grid) says there are fixed grid options of 50% and 33/66% (and fifths mentioned at the bottom) however there's no info in the program about how one would use the 3 columns option: none of the bindings nor corners/edges options include 'third' (left third, right third, middle third) references which would support the notion that this feature exists.

It sounds like one might be able to access this functionality through hotkeys only (not ideal) but none of the bindings suggest cyclicity, they're all to put a window in a specific place.

Filed as a bug since this info should be present if the functionality exists, though I'm now reading the project is on permanent hold so any updates are unlikely? In which case does anyone know if it's possible to drag windows to edges and have them maximise to thirds? Ideally:

top/bottom l/r: l/r third
l/r edge: l/r half
top/bottom edge: fullscreen
