Firefox looses decorations when minimized and links opened from external app

Hi,

When Firefox (and alike, in fact I use Pale Moon) is minimized, opening a link from an external app makes Firefox loosing its decorations. Minimizing and restoring the window makes them reappear.

This is the same bug as described on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/1067951 and apparently the bug was patched in 0.9.12.2+16.04.20160311-0ubuntu1, but I use compiz 0.9.13.0-2 from the aur on ArchLinux (notice the higher version number), the latest release.

I tried to read the patch but I don't know what corrects this bug, and I don't know the compiz source tree.
