Bug Description
In KDE+Compiz(?and other setups?), when trying to 'minimize' or 'restore' by clicking on the 'Task Manager', sometimes it doesn't 'restore', or 'minimize' for several clicks, if it works at all.
Update: It seams this maybe caused by a drag happening with even the slightest movements with the mouse, and this also seams to be what's happening with the _[]X toolbar icons not working. (thought I submitted this _[]X not working in an earlier bug report, but didn't find it with a quick search)
Is there a way to adjust how much motion is needed(, etc...) before this drag starts?
