Window movement/resize using window toolbar/edges and mouse is weird

Bug Description

In trying to resize windows with the mouse they want to extend to the bottom right, and not resize at all after this. They won't move at all using the toolbar/edge drag to move/resize after this.

'Alt+Left Click Drag' and 'Alt+Right Click Resize' still work.

My System:
Compiz 0.9.12.2, New computer, Debian 8.2 Jessie, KDE, copied over the Compiz KDE Window Decorator and Compiz start up scripts from old system. (p.s. How to get new ones of these generated?)

Other weird behavior
Double click on tittlebar will put the window in 'shade' mode, the another click on the titlebar will cause the window to disappear. Using the ring switcher can get the window back, but it'll be barely shown at the top of one of the viewports.

More Related Stuff:

When I'm left clicking on the titlebar or edges(anywhere titlebar, minimize, maximize, resize edges, etc...), the mouse pointer turns an adjust the bottom right corner of window icon.

and when I lift up the left mouse button(except for minimize, restore buttons, and when I press 'esc') the bottom right corner of window will be resized to the bottom right of the display minus the system panel(or whatever it's called).

...and sometimes I have to click on the minimize / maximize buttons more than one time to get them to work. The appearance of the first click makes the buttons look like I'm still holding the mouse button down over the button.

Clicking on the maximize / minimize buttons need to be done twice or without any mouse movement at all during the first click.
When there's even the slightest mouse button movement when clicking on minimize/maximize it looks like it pushes in the button, but doesn't do anything until clicked on the button again.
Only if the mouse is kept perfectly still during clicking on minimize/maximize (not even one pixel of movement) they'll work the first time.
