Bug Description
Recently I have seen my compiz cpu usage extremely high. Moving my mouse around will spike it to 60-80%, and while using Chromium or Firefox, or any other program with a window, it will hit roughly 100-110%.
This has decreased my battery usage by a lot.
I am running Ubuntu 15.04 on a Chromebook Series 5 550 with SEAbios.
