Bug Description

A recent coredev upload removed the running of gconf migrations scripts and associated package dependencies. The actual migration scripts also need to be removed from the package.

The migration script to be removed are these.

postinst/migration-scripts/02_migrate_to_gsettings.py
postinst/migration-scripts/03_migrate_profile_independent.py
