Bug Description
This bug occurs in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
I don't know whether this is properly a bug in Desktop Wall or Grid. It appears to only happen when the launcher is set to autohide.
This is how to reproduce the bug:
1. Turn on Desktop Wall and Grid, and set the Unity launcher to Autohide
2. Go to one of the workspaces on the right side of the wall
3. Open a window. Use Grid to make this window cover the right half of the workspace.
4. Go to the workspace on the left side of the wall in the same row. Even if other windows are present, the first window is considered part of both workspaces. You will note that:
a) The far right of this window is visible on a few pixels on the left hand side of the workspace.
b) The application switcher will erroneously detect this window (note that I am using Ring Switcher), and selecting it will focus it but will not switch the view to the window's main workspace.
c) Clicking on the launcher icon focuses the window but also does not switch the view to the other workspace. The icon on the launcher also is displayed as if the window is on the current workspace.
Note: moving a window to top right corner or bottom right corner does not cause this bug. It only happens when a window is positioned using Grid into the entire right half of the screen.
