"Draw on Screen" using transparency where it shouldn't

Bug Description

When drawing on screen (Super-Alt-LeftMouse), the color is only visible on dark backgrounds at first, it is transparent to light background. After Activating/Deactivating the "Magnification" plugin, the foreground color turns to solid.

Bug is similar to #1362005 (mouse pointer transparent in ezoom).

Suggestion: Whatever the magnification plugin sets in the color scheme when activated, do the same in "draw on screen".

compiz version: 0.9.11 git checkout 14.04.2014

The attached patch fixes the problem for me, similar to the ezoom mouse pointer transparency problem in bug#1362005. Please review.
