Bug Description

[Test Case]

1. Open CCSM
2. Open the Window Management->Resize Window Plugin
3. Select Tab "Additional Modifier Keys"
4. Note that the default setting is to use "Shift" as Centered Modifier and that this works
5. Try to change anything on this options Screen, for example remove the Shift from Centered Modifier and set enable Shift to be the modifier key to resize by stretching.

Expected Outcome:
Holding "Shift" during resize should change the resize mode from "Centered" to "Stretch".

What actually happens:
"Shift" is still "Resizing from Center" instead of "Resizing by Stretching".

6. Try to change any of the "Additional Modifier Keys"

Expected Outcome:
Your changes should become effective.

Actual Outcome:
All your "Additional Modifier Keys" settings get ignored.

Note:
* All "Default Resize Modes" in "General" tab are working.
* This is reproducable, no matter if resizeinfo is running or not.
