Bug Description
Reproduce:
1. In a conversation dialog, click "Smile!"
2. Click on a smiley.
3. The dialog become inactive and loses focus.
I've tried KWin and it doesn't have this problem.
The "Focus & Raise Behaviour" options in ccsm are all default.
