[regression][GLES] resizeinfo flickers slightly while resizing terminal windows

It's very minor, but resizeinfo flickers slightly while resizing terminal windows. Looks like it periodically loses transparency.

There have been a lot of recent fixes to resizeinfo and it's damage handling.

Can anyone still reproduce this ?
