Non-working decorator engines: Fix or remove them

The last time I got either of the two KDE/KWin decorator engines to work with Compiz was during 0.8x. They are currently so broken, they do not even load, leaving windows without any frames at all which is a major regression. If there are no resources to fix them, they should be removed from trunk.
Same for other engines which may be broken.

I can't get the kde-window-decorator work, either. There are so many compile errors, and when I workaround them all, I find it not runnable... Seems some conflicts with oxygen.

Better fix the bugs, or as KAMiKAZOW says, remove them. : (
