Bug Description

As already reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/1011083, quite a few plug-ins are missing here: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~compiz-team/compiz/0.9.8/files/head:/plugins/

So I am listing all of them one-by-one like requested in comment #3 by Daniel van Vugt in my initial wishlist/report above. I will provide details about each of the plug-ins at a later stage.

This plug-in works perfectly with Compiz 0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1-vvpreproposed2 and it is very useful to delay the start of other applications also using OpenGL, like Docky for example, until Compiz finished loading. First tests show it also can help preventing troubles like this one:
