Shade animation draws window borders incorrectly (white)

Bug Description
As i title explains, when using shade animations the window decorations aren't drawn correctly.
very easy to reproduce and it effects all shade animations (ie: roll up, etc). just enable shade animations in CCSM to reproduce. here is a screenshot;

Also, if you quickly (by repeatedly tapping) start and stop the shade animation, sometimes the window flickers (as in disappears) for a split second. ~ you should be able to easily reproduce this, as well.
