Bug Description
I simply installed a fresh copy of Ubuntu and rebooted. After I signed in, I connected to wifi and ran "sudo apt update" and suddenly a big, orange, transparent box took up the top half of my entire screen. I don't have any open windows and don't see anything in Task Manager that I think is relevant.
