Menus don't or partially appear first time they are hovered

Hi,

with compiz 0.9.7.8 in mageia 2, I've got some problem with submenus in KDE, they don't appear or only partially appear the first time the parent is hovered.
here are 2 screenshots to illustrate the problem:

On the top, the first time I hover Documentation, no submenu appears. On the bottom, the second time, the submenu appears. The same for context menus.
If I hovers a submenu with multiple items, only the item hovered is displayed the first time.

I can't reproduce with other DE (xfce, lxde, gnome classic) but someone seems to have the same kind of problem with xfce on this bugreport :

Hi,

the plugins Workaround fix the behavior with compiz 0.9.8.0 and it seems to have been fixed somewhere between 0.9.8.0 and 0.9.8.6.
