Maximized windows switch to first workspace

Bug Description
My configuration:
- Ubuntu Precise
- Video card Intel (has to trash my nvidia card since a bug with nvidia drivers and xorg 1.1, I hate Precise!!!!)
- Gnome-Classic with effects
- Desktop wall with 4 workspaces
Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to workspace 2
2. Open any app and maximize it (if it is not)
3. Switch to workspace 3
- The maximized app now is in workspace 1
And something curious is that if you:
1. Switch to workspace 2
2. Open any app and maximize it (if it is not)
3. Switch back to workspace 1
- The maximized app still in workspace 2
Workaround:
1. Unmaximize (restore) the app
2. Resize it at biggest size you can
