Windows lost theirs frames for dragging and control buttons. See attached screens.

Nicholas, could you please check to see if a window-decorator process is running?

Just open a terminal window and run:
 ps x | grep window-decor

What does it show?

It's repairing after reboot or logout. So, I will can see this only when I will see this bug again.

Got this as well, gtk-window-decorator crashed, apport poped-up, but it doesn't want to upload it itself, so here's the stacktrace
