Bug Description
Windows jitter up and down when unminimized.
TESTCASE:
1. Minimize a window.
2. Unminimize the window (e.g. using switcher plugin)
Expected: Window re-appears in its old location.
Observed: Window re-appears slightly above its old location for a split-second, and then moves down to the correct location.
