[0.9.8 r3110 regression] Windows lose decorations during "scale" (window spread)

Running the latest lp:compiz-core r3110 and using the scale plugin, I find windows lose their decorations (partly) while scaled. It seems to happen if I hover the mouse pointer over them while scaled.
