Bug Description

When triggering scale or exposé (Super+W/S) for the first time after login, there is a lot of flickering and then the windows/workspaces are only partly shown. The view is generally unusable then. But when activating them again, they both work fine. So it seems to be some sort of instantiation issue.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Hi, there was a compiz update pushed very recently. Could you update and see if the issue persists? If so, please let me know!

The issue is still there. But if I am not mistaken, it’s behaviour has changed a bit: It does not appear on the initial viewport, but only after you switch to another viewport and trigger scale there.

I also experienced this on a second machine with an Nvidia graphics card, so it seems not to be driver specific.

I didn't noticed this with the 4 default workspaces but it's definitely happening every time I do it for the first time since i change the number of my workspaces fro m4 to 9).
