Bug Description

See https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz-core/+bug/659816/comments/10

"Does not work perfectly here, on the desktop the shadow is not casted, and when you switch between menuitems in the panel you see the shadow appearing on top and then being cut. "

Some shadows are clipped against invisible windows. In addition, the clip regions are not recalculated when only the output extents of the window change.
