server discovery is very slow

Bug Description

I tried to install OS on n92, n93 and n96 with my compass server n100, but the server discovery step on the website is very slow, or even can't find the expected servers, surely I had rebooted the servers before server discovery.

If we can manually specify the MAC of a server, then we may bypass the server discovery step, and maybe this an alternative or a supplementary.

We will have a design meeting on how to improve the machine discovery and switch mac table aging problems.

This should be assigned to Xicheng/Xiaodong/Sam/Grace.

Sometimes the celeryd is not started. Please fix the known issue on
chkconfig for it at startup

Weidong.

Celery's chkconfig has already been enabled in the install script. If celery fails to start at start-up, it should be a rabbitmq problem other than chkconfig. This bug should be dependent to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1389444

an alternative way is to add machines manually for smaller clusters:
