Bug Description

On fileclusters/templates/clusters/base.html file, there are several javascript links point to external hosts:

<script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js"></script>

<script src="http://www.terrill.ca/sorting/TSorter_1.js"></script>

We need point this scripts to local scripts.
