LMDE/LM15RC Brother HL-2140 over SAMBA Prints Blank Pages

Bug Description

I installed a Brother HL-2140 over SAMBA running Linux Mint 15 RC using the recommended (Brother HL-2140 Foomatic/Postscript [en]) driver, and it prints blank pages without stopping. I have used this same printer over SAMBA running Linux Mint 14 and it works normally. This bug only exists in LMDE and I also reproduced this bug in Linux Mint 15 RC and it does the same thing.

I reinstalled Linux Mint 14.1 MATE Edition (32-bit), and the driver for my Brother HL-2140 is the HPIJS-PC.PPD, or Foomatic/hpijs-pcl5e by default. I don't know why LMDE and Linux Mint 15 RC installs the Foomatic/Postscript driver by default, but the other one (HPIJS-PC.PPD driver) works.
