display picture changes to original

Bug Description
I changed my display picture on the Community Site, and when I logged into another computer the next day, it was showing my old picture. So i changed this and uploaded the new one again, then on this same computer it shows the old one, when at home it shows my new one. Other different computers show the old DP also.
