Sorry, command-not-found has crashed - Ubuntu 14.04

Hi Team,

I get the following error message, whenever I run a php command through SSH from Windows Machine.

I have updated locale and my current locale file has this one: LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8". Earlier, it had this one: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
