It also happens when I mistyped a command with çll. The error message is slightly different: 'utf-8' codec can't encode character '\udce7' in position 0: surrogates not allowed

Closing that report against a release no more supported (EOL reached long time ago)

Use 'ubuntu-bug <packagename>' to send a workable report if necessary against a valid release.
