Bug Description
Tests for bugs like: lp:919002 and lp:906603 show warnings between BF and/or TO processors which seem to conflict, but in reality the TO processor has completed and is about to exit soon. These warnings are due to too short TO isolation range.
As a fix, the TO isolation should continue until table locks are released.
