Bug Description

The default for innodb-autinc-lock-mode is 1 , and Galera only supports 2. I have filed a separate documentation bug to rectify this in the documentation, this bug is about whether the default needs to be changed on the server side or whether an error must be thrown.

Teemu said: "IMO we should refuse starting wsrep provider if innodb_autoinc_lock_mode is not supported however, this might be hard to achieve in real life"
