Bug Description
Right now rsync SST launches one rsync process per CPU core. With sufficiently high core count and good IO subsystem this can saturate the network and prevent keepalive beacons from passing through. Especially deadly this can be in the case of 2-node cluster, where there is only a single link and no relay. We should find a way to keep it reasonably low or easily configurable.
