Bug Description

Request a status variable like 'wsrep_received_time_to_apply' or something that would be microseconds (or something) total of all time spent applying replication from other nodes in the cluster.

If I had two samples of this, in addition to associated values of wsrep_received for each sample, I could easily measure the average time to apply samples on my server, watch for spikes, etc.
