Node stays in donor node if joiner is killed

This probably is related to my previously reported bug, but I think it describes the problem with a different angle.

I am using wsrep_sst_xtrabackup method, and at some point in the middle of SST I decide to kill JOINER with kill -9.

Unfortunately it seems that DONOR does not detect it and stays in "Donor/Desynced " mode for infinite time.

I requires manual steps to put the node back to "Sync" state, and it is not obvious how to do that.

I have to confirm the bug - I had a problem with it as well and wasn't able to find any solutions other than re-syncing the node.
