Bug Description
When you reach "page 7", you'll have to download the Ubuntu Code of Conduct to your computer, however, the download link doesn't work in the Code of Conduct Signing Assistant window, or at least it didn't work for me (I've right clicked the download link, selected "Copy link" and copied it to a web browser so I could download the file, but it should work directly from the app).

In fact, you don't. The tool fetches the Code of Conduct automatically for you and shows it the next step. I should make that clear in the wizard text, though.
