register/unregister: strings improvement

Bug Description
Do not use register, unregister, registration, etc any more. Replace by alternatives used in KMail. See nl.msg.
E.g. Register Account-->Add Account, Unregister Account-->Remove Account

I don't find any "Register Account" in the sources.
In some situations you actually are registering, conferences, transports...
These do not create new accounts.
