Bug Description
It should be possible to specify a resource name for each profile.
It should be possible to set the resource name when creating the profile or on login, under more -> login tab.
Maybe also somewhere in the preferences, defining a default resource, or allow the auto-generated resource names.

Sander just told me it is possible to add /resourcename to the contactID in the profile.
A feature I was not aware of.
