Bug Description

"FatELF is a file format that embeds multiple ELF binaries for different architectures into one file.

FatELF lets you pack binaries into one file, seperated by OS ABI, OS ABI version, byte order and word size, and most importantly, CPU architecture.

Work is focused on GNU/Linux, but this could be applied to most modern Unix systems: the BSDs, Solaris, etc."

I still think something like FatELF can be useful, so I would prefer to give this bug the "on hold" status. Though, that status does not exist...

Well, the advantage would be that we can create 1 binary that works on multiple architectures and on multiple platform. The advantages are that it will be much easier for people to decide which file they need to download, and in addition it would make it more userfriendly to create a portable USB stick with Coccinella on it.
