error opening business card dialog when someone has geoloc info set

There is an error creating the balloon help for the geoloc fields in components/Geolocation.tcl in ::Geolocation::UserInfoHook.

Further, the name was not included in the text window headline.

Appended patch fixes the exception and add the jid to the "headline".

When trying to open the view business card dialog a second time (see Bug #179936), the following error appears:

could you try again with latest patch to bug #179936 applied, I do not get this anymore.
